Purchase the HP Spectre x360. It easily comes as one of my most recommended machines, with an exceptional 1080p display, solid performance, great battery life, and strong build quality; all for a great bargain at $999 (£899, AU$1,899).
If it were not for a few missteps with the trackpad and being overly hefty for tablet computer use, this notebook would have readily stood amongst the most highly rated laptops TechRadar has reviewed. Despite its defects, though, the Spectre x360 is one of the greatest-looking and powerful apparatus HP has produced and well worth a look over many, many other 2-in-1 laptops.
